Hello GTP if this thread already exists please point me to it lol, I've searched and there just isn't much info on Rally tuning. I can find tunes but they seem to be wildly inconsistent.
I just want to learn some basic tips. Suspension tips for gravel is what I'm really after. What should the ride height and spring rate be?(I'm being very broad) High and soft? I've tried a few different setups unsuccessfully but I know it can be better than stock. I wouldn't mind tips on snow setups as well. Is it a totally different setup compared to gravel or just driving technique?
If people reply enough to this post with good tips I would like to rewrite this OP into a Beginners Guide to Rally Tuning.
The cars I'm trying to get info for are Modern 4wd Rally Cars (90's to present)
I drive the Evo Super Rally Car(not asking for a specific tune though). Bone stock I can turn a 3:50 around K Trail(valid) but I've read someone did a 3:30.. I'm sure he was 🤬 badass but he had to have a wicked setup, right?
Thanks in advance for the help! Sorry for talking too much
P.S. If it matters I drive with a DFGT
